1. Water supply requirements:
The boiler feed water needs to be treated, and the feed water should comply with GB1576-85 "Water Quality Standard for Low Pressure Boilers".
2. Water level in the pot:
Always pay attention to the change of water level in the pot, keep it within the range of normal water level ± 30 mm, not higher than the highest or lowest water level, the water in the water level gauge generally has a slight swaying phenomenon, if the water surface is still, the water in the water level gauge There may be a blockage and should be flushed immediately.
3. Water level meter:
The water level gauge should be flushed at least once per shift to keep the glass tube of the water level gauge clean and tidy regularly to ensure that the water level is clear, correct and reliable. If it is found that the gasket of the glass tube is leaking water or air, the packing should be tightened. to continue operation.
4. Water supply equipment:
⑴. Whether all the water supply pumps are normal should be checked by driving when the shift is handed over. If there is any fault, repair it immediately.
(2) The boiler feed pump should take continuous water intake as much as possible, and control the long flow of thin water at the outlet valve of the pump.
5. Steam pressure:
Always pay attention to pressure changes, keep the pressure in the pot as stable as possible, and do not make the air pressure exceed the maximum allowable working pressure.
6. Pressure gauge:
The pressure gauge elbow should be flushed once every shift to check whether the pressure gauge is normal. If the pressure gauge is found to be damaged, the furnace should be stopped immediately for repair or replacement.
7. Safety valve:
Pay attention to whether the function of the safety valve is normal. In order to prevent the valve disc and valve seat of the safety valve from sticking, the lifting handle of the safety valve should be pulled regularly to perform an exhaust test. Verify the function of the safety valve.
8. Drain valve:
Regular sewage discharge (once per shift)
9. Normal operation.
10. Clean the boiler room.
11. Shift handover: The boiler workers who hand over the shift should arrive at the boiler room before the specified time and prepare for the shift.
